First Product Guarantee

Your first undershirt should feel like a game-changer. If it doesn’t, no worries.

Not 100% satisfied with your first undershirt? Send it back - even if you’ve worn it once - and we’ll give you a full refund (shipping not included).
This applies only to your very first order and one unit (e.g. 1 undershirt from your pack).
After that, our standard 30-Day Guarantee kicks in.


30-Day Guarantee

For everything else, our 30-Day Guarantee has you covered.

• Return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, products can be tried on, but not used. This means we cannot accept returns of products you actually sweated in (hope you understand, it’s really gross...)


Exclusions

• Items worn, washed, damaged, or without original packaging/tags.
• Returns requested after 30 days of delivery.
• Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale.


Faulty or Defective Products

• If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at hello@getlayerone.com within 30 days of delivery.
• You may be asked for photos or details of the issue.
• If confirmed faulty, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from incorrect care are not defects.


How to Return

• Email us at hello@getlayerone.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
• We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Customers cover the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty).
• We recommend a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
• Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Exchanges

• Exchanges depend on stock availability.
• If the item requested is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Our Rights

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
• We may deny refunds or exchanges for non-saleable items.
• We may update this policy at any time in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
