What is the First Product Guarantee?

Your first LayerOne undershirt is backed by our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee. If it doesn’t keep you drier, fresher, and more comfortable, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange.

What’s your standard return policy?

All unworn products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags intact. For hygiene reasons, worn undershirts can’t be returned (except under the First Product Guarantee).

How do I arrange for a return or exchange?

Email us at hello@layerone.com with your order number and let us know if you want to request a exchange or refund. One of our amazing customer service staff members will respond to your email within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

What if I purchase the multi-pack shirts as my first product?

Only one shirt from the multi-pack shirts is eligible for exchange or refund under the First Product Guarantee.

All returns or exchanges not covered by the First Product Guarantee will be processed based on our standard return policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

As we cover the shipping cost of getting the item to you, you must cover the return shipping. Appreciate your understanding

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is coming soon.

When will my product be dispatched?

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with your order's tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. If you live in a rural area, please allow up to 2 extra working days for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free Australia-wide on all orders. Think of it as one less thing to sweat over.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we’re focused on keeping Australia sweat-free. International shipping is coming soon - sign up to our newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when we launch worldwide.

How do I find my size?

Check our size chart to match your chest measurement. For a slim, invisible fit, stick to your measured size.

What if I’m between sizes?

We recommend sizing up for comfort. If it’s your first time trying LayerOne, you’re covered by our First Product Guarantee - so you can exchange for the right size.

How does LayerOne fit under dress shirts?

LayerOne is designed with a slim, tailored cut and tag-free neckline, so it disappears under any shirt. No bunching, no visible lines.

Will this really stop sweat from showing?

Yes. LayerOne uses dual sweat-blocking panels in both the armpits and upper back to trap sweat before it reaches your outer shirt. That means no more embarrassing marks - even on light colours.

Is it hot to wear an extra layer?

Not with ours. We use ultra-breathable Micro-Modal fabric that’s lighter and softer than cotton. You’ll stay cool, dry, and comfortable — even on your morning commute or during long days at work.

Does it control odour too?

Yep. Our shirts are treated with SILVADUR™ silver-ion tech that stops odour-causing bacteria before it starts. It's built into the fibres (not sprayed on), so it works and lasts.

Is it comfortable to wear all day?

Yes. The fabric is Lenzing® MicroModal - so it's softer and more breathable than cotton. Combined with sweatproof panels, you’ll feel dry, fresh, and comfortable from morning to night.

How do I wash my LayerOne?

Machine wash cold (below 40°C). Avoid bleach or whitening detergents.

You may tumble dry on low heat to, but air-drying will preserve the sweatproof panels and fabric integrity - extending the life of your undershirt.

Will the sweatproof panels wear out?

No at all - they’re engineered to last. The panels are fused into the fabric and designed to perform wash after wash without losing effectiveness.

Can I iron my LayerOne?

No! Ironing not needed (or recommended). The Micro-Modal fabric is naturally smooth and wrinkle-resistant.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes - this is available for all multi-pack undershirt. Simply choose Afterpay at checkout to split your order into 4 interest-free payments.

Is Shop Pay available?

Is it safe to order online?
