Sweat shouldn't decide what shirt you wear.
It started with something ridiculously ordinary. Working in an office, watching blokes try to hide their sweat marks. Arms pinned down in meetings. Jackets kept on in 30-degree heat.
Once I noticed it, I started seeing it everywhere—even on the podcaster with a million followers on YouTube.
I wasn't trying to reinvent the undershirt. I just looked at what was already out there and thought men deserved better.
So I made 3 design decisions:
- Protect the places where sweat shows. Because covering your pits isn't enough if sweat is showing through your back. LayerOne protects both.
- Don't solve sweat by making men hotter. I chose lightweight, breathable MicroModal and added SILVADUR™ technology to help keep odour out of the equation, too.
- Make it disappear. A slim fit designed to sit discreetly under your outer shirt. Because the thing giving you confidence shouldn't announce itself.
LayerOne is Australian-owned and designed for men who sweat. Which, last I checked, is most of us.
Now go wear whatever damn shirt you please.
